Cooking instructions: Rinse blend in cold water In a heavy saucepan, bring 1 cup of rice and 4 cups of water or broth to boil. Add salt to taste if desired. Reduce heat, cover and simmer aprox 30-45 mins. Drain off any excess liquid. Allow to sit for 10-15 mins. Fluff with a fork and serve.
